Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your new furniture. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply to cover inspection and handling.

Custom-made, special-order, clearance, and final-sale items can’t be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable fees) to your original payment method — usually within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If possible, take a few photos and include your order number when you reach out.

We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on what works best.

If the issue was on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@urbanpresentations.com or 236-453-2006 with your order number.

We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Pack your item securely (ideally in its original packaging) and include your packing slip or invoice.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Most refunds are completed within 10 business days after we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned unless damaged or defective. These include:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Mattresses or upholstered pieces that have been opened or used
