Jennifer started Urban Presentations in 2005 as a result of dabbling in the Real Estate investment scene – buying, renovating, and selling condos in the Vancouver market. Staging was just coming onto the scene and she quickly realized the impact that staging could have on her ROI. With few staging companies in existence in Vancouver at that time, Jennifer pulled everything together herself and found that she loved the whole process, and a Stager was born.

And just about the same time, on the other side of town….

Cindy’s first Staging project was a 5,000 square foot home of a friend that sold within 10 hours of its first showing; needless to say, she was hooked! She was in the process of starting her own staging company in 2006 when she met Jennifer. The two women started working together and quickly recognized the strength of their partnership.

Owning a staging company is a perfect fit for two women with design flair and business sense.
